I want to think it's a speckled Sussex hen but I'm worried it may be a Roo. I can't have a roo in my part of the county. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Definitely looks like a Speckled Sussex Hen to me, (maybe a mix also, but there is def Speckled S. in there...). My personal opinion is you have a hen there, body shape, tail, etc etc. Just my opinion though.

My best guess would be 10 weeks but I can't say for sure.

Hen for sure then. A cockerel close to 10 weeks would be bright pink in the comb.

Any idea on breed? I believe the black one is an autralorp. White one is a leg horn but still not sure on the brown

The picture isn't very clear. Individual photos of each bird from the side and of the head/comb would help.

Sorry missed the breed part guess I read to fast glad to hear I have another egg maker and I'm not feeding a roo I will have to relocate. Thanks for your time and reply.
