Itchy silkie chicks!!

So we got are chicks from tractor supply and when we got them they were happy, but we went to the brooder today and our silkie chick "Nemo" had lost feathers on her bum and would not stop itching that area. so what should i do?

No blockage and we couldn’t find mites so we gave her electrolytes(for chickens of all ages )so we will se how she does tomorrow
