it's a avian pox?

I have one hen I don't know how old is she maybe 24week,she have normal behavior seemed fine to me I want to know what happened to her it's avian pox or something else?

It could be the dry form of fowl pox. Or, more likely, it's a comb injury from fighting with another hen. Paint some Blu-kote (gentian violet) on it. That will help it to heal, whatever it is.
