Okay, I thought I had a pretty little white "bantam" pullet; bought it at TSC. Almost 13 weeks old and look at that comb! It's a boy, isn't it?

Deep short yellow legs too. I thought the legs should be white?

Many white breeds have yellow legs. Some have slate legs. It depends on the breed of the chicken. Looks like a cockerel to me, however, I'd have to see the back area in a side shot to see if it has a fringe of saddle feathers like a rooster would have to be certain.

Leghorn pullets have larger combs than some breeds and Leghorns have yellow legs, too. That is a huge red comb for a pullet at that age, though.

Thanks. I bought 2 bantams from TSC. The other is for sure a boy:

I was hoping..... It was looking like a girl until a few days ago. That comb just exploded out of his head!
