It's a good thing my kids are too young . . .

Be a role model for skinny people, Em.

Go on and jog....in the cold, two feet of snow..even in 110 degree
summer heat.

Be dedicated. Be the role model.

Me, I'm the roll model for round people. I eat, sleep and nap like
a pro.

Heat I can handle. It's the cold that turns me into a whiny, lazy thing.

We got the wii and the dance games for our teenage granddaughters for Christmas. If they didn't live several states away I would be right in the mix with them dancing up a storm and getting laughed at.

Good for you! You will be suprised just how fast you will be able to pick up the moves! Then when they become terrible teens you can embarrass them by doing your moves in the mall when they step out of line!

FlaRocky. - I live in SE Ohio, near the Logan, Ohio site of warrior dash. I am determined to finish that race, come H or high water . . . Or mud, and coals. I feel crazy for doing it but I have dragged half of my family in on the thing. I posted aninvitation on facebook to family and friends about 2-3 months ago inviting hem to join me in my destruction, eehhhmm, i mean obstacle course. Mostly i included them so I would be less inclined to wimp out. I am fairly competetive, meaning I want to hang in there and finish, I won't let myself not finish if I start almost no matter what. I am pumped and smart (or stupid enough) to start early getting ready since I am so miserably out of shape. The dash is in June.

The Zumba wii is hard but doable. I used it last night to warm up before I walked (10 minute warm up). The wii dance 3 was less forgiving on movements but also used that to warm up. I really think I will like them, when I can do them without my tongue hanging out of my mouth! I was also thankful the belt for Zumba fit around my waist, yes, I was worried
