Reptar headed for Aiveron and his chambers. When he opened the door, he saw his brother at the writing desk. "Writing you suicide note, brother? " Reptar teased as he flopped upon the bed closest to him.
"I wouldn't give you the satisfaction. I suppose she in love with you already. Are you going to break her heat too?" Aiveron asked, as he turned to look at Reptar disapprovingly.
Reptar fell onto his back and looked to the ceiling thinking. "She is an eager one, that one is. That I must admit." He stated, as he rolled onto his side again to look to Aiveron, before he continued. "Really, it's not my fault, brother. They fall so easily to my smile and my pretty face. It's the curse of the Condor, I tell you." He shot a crooked smile at Aiveron.
"Vain much? But you forget, we look very similar brother and I've never found the need to lead anyone on to willingly break a heart." Aiveron point out bluntly, as he turned around to write in his journal again.
"That's because, dear brother, they always fall for me!" Reptar said with riotous laughter.
"Oh, take caution, brother. For one day, you will become snared. Like a fly in a spider's web. Then I'll be the one laughing." Aiveron said under his breath.
