Reptar was pleased with her soft laugh. "Then that makes what you do say, worth so much more. You spend your words wisely. Where as myself, I waste them needlessly. If only I had your restraint." He whispered dramatically to her.
Vivian entered the dining hall, sat down by herself, ate quickly, and started drinking some cider.

Sebastian was out on reconnaissance. He discreetly watched the human as his circled around as if he was hunting for prey, seemingly oblivious to their actions, like a regular bird would be. They did not seem to be retaliating or planning an attack, satisfied with this discovery, he slowed turned to start back to the castle. He was over the deep woods, when he felt an excruciating agony in his wing shoulder. As he fell out of the sky, he register he'd been shot by an arrow. He did everything he could with his limited movement on one side to keep from crashing down to the hunters below. As he reached the canopy, he grabbed blindly with his talons and manage to gain purchase of a branch to stop his fall. He hung upside down and strangle on his cries of pain, as he attempted to stay quiet. He heard the voices of the humans hunters eagerly anticipating the feast upon his person. Horrified, he awaited his impending doom. For his life's blood was dripping down to the forest floor. It was only a matter of time before either blood loss or another arrow would dispatch him from the world of the living.

Lyra laughed again, nodding "Ah, but it is so much easier to make friends when you can talk easier."

Sebastian registered a shadow over head. An owl? He thought to himself. He was destined to die today for sure. As he crane his neck to see for certain, he cried out at the sharp agony in his shoulder. He cursed at his stupidity, for he'd just alerted the humans to his location and they were closing in on him.

Vivian spied one of the humans, and flew right behind him, transformed, and stabbed him in the back of the head, killing him instantly. She then transformed into an owl again and hid in another tree.

Sebastian watched helplessly, as he started loosing consciousness. When his vision fade to black, he went limp and fell blindly.
