Lyra chuckled then glanced around before filling her plate "I suppose that is true"

Aiveron chuckled softly at their play. "My lady, you are far to agreeable at times. But alas, that is just one of the many things I find myself drawn to your company. I can be simply ridiculous and you allow me to do, so without judgments. " He said truthfully, as he filled their goblets with wine. He then glanced around the table and dipped his head in greeting to those who looked his way.

The bread basket made another round as Jeffrey eagerly grabbed a chunk before passing it to Acan, who took a piece morosely, quietly passing it on to Rayko.

Rayko look yo Acan with slight concern. But took the offered bread basket, taking a roll and passing it along. He leaned in to whisper to him, " What's vexing thee? Is it of last nights discussion? Has the queen not found another in his stead? "

" I haven't told the boy yet. It would be best from her Majesty the Queen herself, but as of this time, she has not found another. He's a good kid, but he is still a boy," Acan whispered back.
Dan nabbed the basket and grabbed out one for Magatha and himself, wiggling his eyebrows mischievously at her as he gave her her bread. Magatha quietly smiled back at him, then looked over to Acan. She put her hand on her husband's hand, then reached for the butter, even as the arthritis made her grip clumsy on the spreading knife.

"I can see that and I can understand your concern. I pray that he'll not be needed. " Rayko replied on a whisper.

"I probably shouldn't say, but even though he is but my apprentice, he has become like a son to me." Acan met met Rayko's eye briefly, his own almost shining, but he checked himself. He looked hard at his plate. He knew that with all the death that had happened, the best thing they could do was to celebrate living, for one did not know how much longer they had. He again met Rayko's gaze, making his best effort not to look away.

"I would have guessed as much. For your close bond is evident, my friend." Rayko replied gently as he reached over to squeeze Acan's forearm in an offer of comfort.

Lyra chuckled softly then shrugged "Why should I not be? You do not judge me when I do anything, besides, I like when you let yourself be ridiculous. It's funny."

"I believe I adore that endearment. Yes, my love, let's. " Sebastian said with appreciation.
Vivian headed for the banquet hall with him, and saw a multitude of people seated. There were two seats next to each other towards the let side of the table, and asked Sebastian "Would you like to sit there?", pointing at the two seats.

Angela was enjoying the garden and walking along the paths to see the different plants.
Sino heard the bustling in the dining hall, and asked "The banquet is about to commence. Would you want me to lead to the hall? I am personally not going to eat there, but you can if you wish."
