Oh, such a miracle baby ( just like my one and only that hatched last week!!!) Oderus ( don't ask- but that's it's name!) will never hit the dinner table and will probably have a little section of yard all to itself-- if it's a hen, she'll have only special hand picked girls to live with her and her choice of roos-- If it's a roo-- he'll have a hand-picked group of ladies all to himself!
(( I'll get over it soon, I'm sure.. or will I --- but it's my very first hatched chick, and the only one to hatch from shipped eggs that got scrambled in the mail- so, it's a special bird
