Do yoy have any extra fencing & zip ties? You could maybe fence off a little corner in the run for her so they can all see each other during the day & bring her back into the shower at night when it gets cold until she is healed.
Chickens don't test fences so it wouldn't take much, even some orange safety fence or deer netting. Just so they all can see each other - it will go a long way in making it a happy reintegration.
