They took rain out of the forecast for the rest of the week and then added it back for today and tomorrow and added strong storms!

My coop is never gonna be finished and my truck won't have power steering again for a while!

I hear you about the rain. We got just under 5" out of that last system. All the rain is not bothering my chickens, but I planted a fall garden the end of August and have been able to weed it exactly once and it was really too wet then. This is supposed to be the dry season! The pastures around here never did turn brown. At least I've still got those old mid-calf work boots so I can wade down to the coop.
