So.. it's been 30 days since i put those duck eggs in my incubator..
since i've been struggling to keep my temperature at 25.5 C

i've tried to do a eggtopsy as i thought that all eggs are dead BUT!
when i cracked it it started to move and i was so scared! so i put them back in the incubator

should i crack the rest?

You definitely should not crack open any more. Is your incubator still air or forced air? Either way 25.5 C is much too low, was that a typo?

Have you tried candling these eggs to check that they are still alive?

Well Pyxis this is not a typo my incubator is a HDD Automatic incubator at first it was working at 37 degress now it won't go up to 36 if i don't put a heat lamp nearby.. and.
so far i have'nt water candled the eggs, but i candled them with a light when it was the 7th day and it all seems to have a baby

If they've been incubating at too-low temps (and it sounds like maybe way too low), I would expect their development to be significantly delayed. As @Pyxis suggested, candling (I'd do it with a light) should help you see what's going on in those eggs and inform next steps.
It's important to try to get the temps up where they should be, and I use a secondary thermometer with my incubators because the displays can be inaccurate. Assuming that the thermometer is accurate and that it's a circulated/forced air incubator, it's running about 12 degrees lower than it should be - I'd consider replacing that incubator if it can't be economically (and reliably) fixed.
Here's a link to a thread about that model of incubator that you may find helpful:

Well i'd consider buying that after but what about the eggs, how much should i leave them for, it's been 31 days so far!

Mallard-derived duck eggs should take approximately 28 days to hatch; Muscovy take around 35 - under ideal incubation conditions. Since yours seem to have been incubating at too-low temperatures, development likely has been significantly delayed.

If these were my eggs, l'd try to get the temperature to the optimal level ASAP and leave them in the incubator for as long as they still seem to be developing, in the hope that they'll hatch. You'll need to candle to check progress - this chart from Metzer Farms can help you gauge development:
