Finally got the new coop finished. Used to have an A-Frame type coop that took up an 8'x8' footprint so I said, "What the heck" might as well build a square coop that was 8'x8'. It also allowed me to go from 6 hens (for the past 3 years) to 16 now!! The girls are about 12 weeks old now and loving the new digs...

These are inside, my feeder and roosts with poop boards...

That is one sweet looking coop you have there.
Nice work!
LOVE the flower box and the color.

Lovely coop, did you use plastic deer netting for the run walls? You will want to rethink that as it won't stop any predators from getting to them.

There are 4 nest boxes, you can kinda see them along the back wall in a couple of the pictures....

Needs something on the front now, right?? A nice tin sign or plaque or something....

We found a nice wooden chicken and put her on our door to our coop. She was already painted, and happened to match our coop colors perfectly. I also bought wooden letters spelling EGGS, and painted them, and we hung them is a cute, artsy tilted fashion across the coop above the nesting boxes. I love the way it looks.
