Your run looks nice and solid and very attractive. Good job with the hardware wire on the lower half. And I love the overhangs. Well done - it's all win.
I have the same pop door. Put a hasp on the door trim (or wall?) with an eye screw on the door. You might need a little shim to make it level with the framing on the door. You can lock the door at night (I use luggage locks) and in the daytime you can open it up and secure it in the upright position with a hook through the eye screw. Easy Peasy.
Also, you might want to consider some rungs for your ramp. It's pretty steep and the girls will likely end up sliding down it on their booties. I made the same mistake.
