Yea for you!  Clouds seem to have a way of splitting and going around us.  Been drizzling all day with a couple of light rains, should continue through tomorrow so there is hope yet.

I hope so! We sure needed the rain. You live in the same part of the country we do and it sure was dry.

I think we got a little over an inch, it's hard to tell with no rain gauge. Water in the feed bowls is frozen, the ground is frozen, the birds are frozen, and covered with ice. No snow, just a little wind, 30 to 45 mph all day then down into the single digits tonight. On the bright side, after next Thursday we have a warming trend.

To continue in ksking's vein....the dog is frozen, the cats are frozen, even the wrens, fiches, and cardinals look miserably frozen. I am NOT liking minus 9 wind chills!!!
