It's going to be super cold.

Weather advisory just posted for here,,Tuesday morning snow developing,6"-8" expected during the day,,more that night,,but Wednesday here we go,,winds from the Northwest gusting to 30mph,heavy drifting is expected.

We got a fresh dusting of between 9-10" of fluffy snow here last night. Temps tomorrow morning of -7 below, windchills of over 20 below all day,and low temps the next 5 days here. Not as much wind as they predicted so drifts are not as high as we were expecting. The big question is how much snow is coming this Saturday and Sunday? Every local tv station says at this time no snowfall predictions are possible. I've heard days ago rumors this weekend's is supposed to be a doozy. Our lite bill was double last month what is normally is. We've already exceeded how much propane we normally use all winter and still have another 1 1/2 months of cold to go and it now is $2.80 higher per gallon higher (lp) than it costs us in September

hugs to all my pea friends in this bad weather, we are getting snow and sleet right now.

We're actually getting our first real rain of the 2013-2014 season! I hate it, but we really do need it... I don't recall the hills ever being so brown in February, last year they were green in December!

I hope you get enough to green things back up, wild fires are no fun at all, breaks my heart to see them over your way.
