It's not a big thing but I'm crying.

With all the mayhem he has seen in his line of work, I can see why he resists the legalites. BUT he has to do this. He HAS to. Make an appointment and drag him there if you have to do so. With his health and line of work........ I can see his girls kicking you to the curb if they can. As a paralegal, I've seen some pretty awful unfair things happen to good people. Your DH needs to think beyond his stubborness. If he wants his grandson to have something, he better see to it. Without a good trust in order, that grandchild won't see a thing. It's sad isn't it.
