It's Not Fair!! Why now?!?

My DH and I have both been sick for 3 weeks. It's probably the worse cold we've ever had. The Dr. said he was a cesspool of viral activity.

Neither of us will get a flu shot. We always get sick from them.

Good luck and just refuse to be too sick to go.

I went to the pharmacy today to see if they thought I should pick up some zinc... she pushed the Zicam (expensive $$$)... but she said the same thing that you did... so you're on the right page!

The pharmacist was thinking it's probably allergies and with the weakened immune system, I probably am just feeling it more??

I tried the first dose of Zicam and maybe it's just mental (because goodness knows I am quite mental), but I don't feel any worse and the fog seems to have lifted a bit.

I will also lay off the coffee - good to know.
