i am so amazed at the response for this thread. and i am so grateful that there isn't a power trip or conflict about it. we as Christians don't need to 'defend' the cross or tell people how 'right' we are.

Jesus showed us how to defend and use emotion properly. we may be the only 'Jesus' people see. i love the kind spirit and i thank all of you for respecting that!

only a few hours until Easter! hope i don't fall off the risers singing tomorrow! when the Spirit hits me, i tend to hit the floor!

ai just want to say thank you Jesus for giving me another day and im so thankful for at super time we was taking about easter and the meaning of it to my son adn my husband chimed it and help me esplain it to him it was so wonderful he use to be 150 % christian and then he got out in the world running with friends and so worth and now i cant get him to go to church but on hoilays and im so happy that jesus stepped in today and he was more than happy talking about it with us and it was in public place a matter of fact it was at pizza hut

Thank you for this thread! You reminded me that I need to focus on the wonderful truth that our Lord has risen and conquered sin. Our church has had a very though week. Our youth minister was arrested for being involved with a 16 year old girl. We are all crushed and I just commented that I wished we could go somewhere else for Easter. (But my husband is the pastor, so I guess we can't.

)

After reading this I feel joy coming back. I'm so thankful for forgiveness. Please pray for our church.

My DH and I were trying to decide if we should get rid of the animals and feeling blue, when the neighbor stopped by out of the blue and gifted us with 5 turkey babies! I believe it was a sign to keep on what we are doing!!! How blessed is that!!!
