So If you've got the bator set with one temp saying 100.F & the other is at 101.F I'd just keep it there. I think more important at this point for you is taking the plugs out & I would be candling to see if there's developement. There's actually videos on youtube you can watch to see others doing it & if you've got brown eggs you just need to do it in a real dark room like at night in a closet..

This is what I have in the bator:
Row 1, 2,3 Set On June 10 Aracanas I got from ebay with my marans
Row 4,5,6 EE's Set June 15 from a ahappychic and my Marans
Hopefully I can get something to hatch... I figure with the EE's and Aracanas something has to be fertile...

Accuracy varies in instruments that are not designed to be extremely precise, like the Egg Temp incubator thermometer, which is accurate to within .18 degree, I believe. The room thermometers vary alot. I have two AcuRites with probes. One reads 10% too low on humidity every time and one reads a degree high on the unit temp at the top, but from using others, I have figured it out. And you can calibrate hygrometers to see how off they really are.
