It's official, I need ideas for another cheep coop

So I am already planning another coop. I have had my girls for about a week and a half. I need it to be as cheap as possible(single mom) I built my other coop(6x6) for around $160 not including run materials. Also needs to be user friendly and easy to build. IDEAS PLEASE!!! I wont have more hens till around July so I have time. It will need to house about 12 hens.

I have looked through the coop pages but am still looking for ideas.

i was able to build this henpen for about $150 although i did shorten it about 2 feet and i had all the hardware lying around. plus i was able to get 100 ft. of hardware cloth for $39 @ a small old hardware store
