It's still a little wet and I don't know the age or breed guessing over or about 14 weeks can you tell if it's a pullet and or possible breed?

It's some kind of mix. Going by the comb, I'd say it's a pullet. But the coloring is kind of suspicious. It looks a little small for 14 weeks unless it's a bantam.

Looks like maybe an Easter Egger, I think I see a little beard. I’m leaning cockerel, because like Jed said, the coloring is suspicious.
