It's time for me to admit I have a problem...

I wish i could have a cat, a friends cat just had kittens and 3 of them came out looking like Casper. I think he said the mom was a Balinese, but he didnt know who the father was. As the kittens were born in a very wierd spot

Oh man, if I was closer to Wisconsin I'd be tempted, too! If you get the opportunity to take pictures of them, feel free to share them here! I and my family have had lots of cats, but never kittens. Though I've heard kittens are a lot of work, too, much like any baby animal.

I have reluctantly decided that I can no longer cope with kittens. They do not recognize gravity as a force of nature and it takes years for them to grow bones (like Casper never did it seems) so there is nothing that is safe from them. No place to high, too small for them to get into and destroy.
I have loved raising kittens over the years, honestly the most adorable baby animal imaginable, but I think I am settled now with more mature cats who are plenty able to destroy most things I own, but do have some boundaries (driven mainly by laziness!).

Oh goodness, haha! I think Casper was the youngest cat we'd ever had here when he first arrived, ~9 months old as estimated by his vet, but thank goodness he was past that! And now he's perfectly serious, elegant, and proper, of course.

One of mine was doing some serious sleeping on my desk.
He didn’t like the light shining in his eyes but he was too lazy to move elsewhere.

Shoot, I didn't realize it'd been so long since I posted any pictures! Life just has me so scattered right now. A couple weeks of Casper shenanigans in no particular order to make up for that--sorry for any repeats!

He couldn't decide if he wanted to be perched on his paws or rest on his elbows, I guess Don't mind the bag of shavings in the background, that's for the chicks.
