It's turkey time again!

Well, the fairs are over I guess (idk, don't keep up with that stuff like I should) and the neighbors grand kids are offering us their turkeys for CHEAP...so we are going to be processign turkeys again

YEAH! (I loves me some turkey wings smoked on the big ol' smoker!) But I have shrink wrap bag envy! Where would one begin to look for the ginormous shrink wrap bags? These hens are like 35 - 40lbs each live weight...think HUGE! Besides parting them out...which will be the case with a few...any thoughts? I am posting now on the computer...then leaving for work...and checking this from my incredibly slow cell phone all night! Plus, honestly, I am Terrible (notice the capital T?) at research and development! I don't have the patience I should at times

I just looked for them online, McMurry Hatcherries sells them in pack of 50 for 21.00 plus shipping. My turkeys processed out at 40lbs.
