I've been had... What breed/sex does everyone think?

your BCM is at best an Olive Egger.

Golden Egg layer is a rooster too.

The rest look like EE pullets and one silky hen (but you knew about her!)

Lover your chicken names!

opps you said BMC not BCM sorry of course she is a EE!

I love all the colors you got, and really two roos is not bad, just add a few more hens! congrats on the chickens and enjoy the eggs!

Wow, they are all beautiful!!!! It looks like your Easter eggers are all BEAUTIFUL hens! They do look about 5 months old. Lola is one handsome rooster!

Yep- I only see 1 gorgeous silkie rooster and some very pretty hens. My EEs took forever to lay, but their beautiful eggs were well worth the wait. I've only had 1 silkie roo, but he was an absolute sweetheart. Congrats on your lovely flock!

The silkie is a roo as you know and the golden egg layer is also a roo. He has a very upright tail carriage. Look at his tail compaired to the other EEs you will see a difference. The girls tails look shorter and more stubby, his is long and upright.

You have some nice looking birds though. I would definately keep the golden egg layer. He is beautiful.

from mississippi, secondly I believe all the others are right one handsome roo one black silkie and the rest are beautiful easter eagers. I have one easter egger and we call her ugly because she has no comb and looked funny to us lol. And I'm not sure if they are all like this but ours lays slightly smaller eggs than say welsummers or rhode island reds but slightly bigger eggs than silkies. We may call ours ugly but she is my best layer and gives me an egg every day, we just usually use 2 of her eggs to equal one regular size egg. She is also our smartest bird she figures out doors and ramps and the rest follow her lead (she's also high up in the pecking order of our flock) hope this helps enjoy them!!
