I have some cracked eggs in my incubator. Is there any way they could hatch or should I just throw them out?

I'm on day seven. I think the cracks have been there for at least a day, since I found them cracked. Some look hairline, some bigger.

Throw them out. Bigger concern... How did they get cracked?
