I've had a Handicapped Duck for over 4 months. What do I do now?

We thought it might be niacin so we did supplemented it, and fed a food meant for ducklings. However we thought afterwards that it was probably unlikely because how can she have a deficiency as soon as she is born. And the older she got, the less the symptoms matched. Like she isnt bowlegged or anything, she has full mobility she wants to go, her brain just doesn't keep her upright, but she knows what is normal.
Deformities of her spine? I'm thinking she is deformed.

A friend of ours said something about her neck being broken/out of wack and that sort, but she can move everything fine, stretch it out, and doesn't seem to be in pain. I'm thinking about having her checked by this family chiropractor who's wife is very involved with animals. I know it probably sounds far fetched but I think it might actually work if there is something "wrong" or out of wack.

Man I wish the vet was an option so you could know for sure.
Me too, but I don't have the money, even for them to just do an X-Ray or something. And there isn't really a good vet around my area that does ducks, or chickens. They do exotic birds sometimes, but still. I've called lots of veterinarians, even all the way out to Maryland and Missouri to ask questions about her, but obviously I can't go all the way out there since I'm in Ohio.:idunno

I will also try to post a video of her soon. I've been trying to hold off until I could get a video of her swimming, eating/drinking, and just doing "her thing" all at once, sorry I haven't yet. I might be able to post it today though

Sorry I haven't posted the video yet, I'm trying to get it right now, been busy with fair coming up.
Since she was little, when she got really nervous, scared, excited, or something was new to her, she would do this tremor or tic in her neck and head. Her neck/head would stretch back and roll over her wings and it would tremble, for about 10-15 seconds. Then she's fine. I did some research and it sounded like it might be dystonia, but I'm not sure. It's like a muscle contraction.
Also, when she is in her pen and slides on her side, she just kicks and kicks and she got a blister/abscess on her wing and some small blisters? on her side. Any suggestions on how I should have her setup to prevent her from hurting herself, or even sliding in the first place, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you!

What is the ground like in her pen? Something soft like pine shaving or thick layer of straw? Once you get something soft under her then treat her wounds with an antibiotic ointment like neosporin or even Veterycin spray for wounds and infection. Can she stand an walk at all?

It is a plastic-like dog house but without the top.

I use paper shavings, it seems to be gentler on her, and easier to "tuck" her legs in

I put some Burt's Bees Hand Salve on it, it has essential oils in it and natural stuff.

If you help her. She can do it if you help keep her from falling over. She can run and stand and all but she flips over on her side. I've also been trying to get her feet in the right position, because she likes to overlap them and it's harder for her to balance and its not right.

If I were to use straw, I would be worried of her penetrating her eye with the end of it if she fell over the other way. I used to use wood shavings, but I shied away from it, I don't really have a reason other than its softer if I use paper shavings. And it gets stuck in her down feathers.
