I have one that lays huge eggs as well, but she doesn't lay them consistently. She lays them for a while, stops for a long time, and then starts laying them again.

My duck once laid an egg without a shell. I had brought her inside to weigh her so I could figure out dosing for antibiotics for her bumblefoot, and as she sat on the kitchen floor afterwards....she laid a shell-less egg!

Yes I'm sure she was, and it was later at night, and it had been cold outside and we brought her right in to the warm house so it was a lot of changes. But she was SUCH a good girl! She's definitely my best behaved duck.
