My girl tiana is just over a year now and she's bald on the top of the head? Still lays eggs and is definitely grumpy. Still eats and drinks and acts normal. I do have three roosters however two are still very young so not sure if they are going after her or if they would specifically take out head feathers? Should I hear concerned or let it ride out? (To be clear i do plan to be rid of 2 of 3 roosters soon)

The other chickens are picking at her. It can also be a result of roosters over-breeding her.
Only one of my roosters is mating anyone the other two are still too young. They don't even crow yet. Do we think this a result of bullying? I haven't seen it myself and she's the only one missing head feathers but that sounds a lot better than finding out she has a disease or something

It’s just a result of bullying. Frizzles especially get bullied a lot.

Update we got rid of two of the roosters and she is still losing her head feathers now losing the ones on the back of her neck! Still laying im not seeing any bullying and i know the rooster mates all of them except her! None of her eggs are fertile. She just turned 1 year in April. No one else is losing feathers is it a condition she may have??

Can you separate the roosters into a bachelor pen? Her baldness will get worse, and she is liable to get injured. I have used BluKote spray on bare heads to help prevent pecking.

Frizzles are prone to excessively weak feathers, and are liable to get feather picked from other hens. Mine have always looked rough. The best way to keep frizzles is with other frizzles- and away from smooth feathered hens.
