Ivemectrin dosage for pigs

I need to treat my sow for mange mites and giving her an injection is proving to be futile. Is there a dosage for the paste you give horses for pigs?

All the wormers I've ever used has a guide on the back of them with how much to give for weight. You can probably call up a vet and asked them if the package doesn't have the correct dosage listed.

You can buy a pour-on called Swineguard that controls mange mites, flies, and lice on hogs 100 lbs. and larger.
