Ivermectin 5mg Pour-On

Hi Everyone,
New to chickens & this site. I would like to get some guidance on the dosage amounts and regularity for Plymouth Rock sized chickens. I’ve seen the post about drop dosage but it refers to the size of the birds like “large or commercial” or “fluffy” and I have no clue what category Plymouth Rocks wouldn’t sit in upon that reference. They are larger than the average chicken.
In reference to mg to weight (I can only guess the weight here too) any advice in metric?

Ivermectin pour on 5mg per ml dosage is 0.1 ml per every 2 pounds of weight or 0.05 ml per pound. Apply to back of neck over spine. Repeat that in 14 days. Most pharmacies will give you a free 1 ml needle-less syringe for giving medications if you ask.
