Ivermectin cattle pour on for large breed hens?

Let me just say... this spring has not been easy

Poultry dust on the girls and permithrin spray in the coop has apparently not worked. I have resorted to using ivermectin, poultry dust, and again spray the coop. I plan to do this tomorrow... Any thoughts pls on off label dosage for hens? I have six 11 month old hens, 2 buff orpington, 2 ameraucana, 2 black australorp. I tried searching the forums here but was overwhelmed with the different advice.

I use a pippet and whatever fits with a squeeze is one dose for my hens mites been bad this year that ive been dosing their butts as ive seen allot by their vents

Get a rough weight on your chickens. If you are using Ivermectin 5 mg per ml strength pour on, then using a 1 ml needle less syringe available at most pharmacies free, give 0.1 ml for every 2 pounds of weight. Apply to the back of the neck over the spine. Repeat in 14 days. Egg withdrawal time is 2-3 weeks.

You are my savior ... one more question for you. How do I weigh them?? Lol I'm just picturing putting them in one of those produce scales at the grocery store .. I have a scale but I can't imagine they would stand on it long enough since it is digital and takes a min

Weigh yourself on a home scale then weigh yourself holding the chicken and subtract for the hens weight.....generally.

Kitchen scales are also very inexpensive and work well.
