Ivermectin Pour On

I have found tiny black mites on my chicken. I am going to treat all of my birds for mites, I want to use a pour on like Ivermectin. What do I need to know? I have polish, quail and turkey, what would be the dosages? I have read that the polish should get about 4 drops

You need to know that the inside of the hen house(s,) roosts and nests need to be treated for mites as well. I recommend sevin dust.

Just remember that ivermectin does not treat feather lice.

Lice are usually very light brown or straw colored, so black is probably mites.

After you decide on using Ivermectin, post here when you still see mites on your birds, and I'll tell you what really works.
