Ivermectin use in cats?

Several nights ago there was a skirmish on the back deck. I turned the light on quickly enough to see a fairly large gray animal scooting off the deck with Scaredy in full pursuit. Most likely either another cat or a raccoon. She is now sporting two scratches across her nose. Rabies is endemic in our area, and my major worry has been that she might become exposed. So far so good. Her coat is sleek, but she is not eating as much as I would like to see. Just the nature of an old cat?
