Hello, my experience might help others: I have a hen named Ginger . She layed eggs for the first year after which she started laying only lash eggs (I have pics). I went to the vet & they had no idea what caused this. They assumed the lack of calcium, so she was given calcium, vit d and duphalyte but nothing changed. She then received antibiotics and nothing changed. All of this helped her survive another year, but it didn't cure her. In Nov this year she had continuous diarrhea for more than a week, she was also underweight (less than 1 kg). I decided to try using duphalyte and ivermectin (for 7 days, 1/4 of a 3mg ivermectin pill). Gingi recovered quickly and after a few weeks started laying eggs again. Any infection she might have had was obviously cured with ivermectin but no Vet ever mentioned it once!

Ivermectin reduces cell size in tumors, and it's used in chemo therapy. However, not actually knowing what's wrong with your hen, I would not consider her cured, just prolonged.
