Ivomec eprinex dosage?

I am worming with Ivomec exprinex. I have noticed that a couple of BYCers use this brand. Can anyone help me with dosage for LF, like Wellies and EEs?

It is greatly appreciated if someone will help me out here.

I have read here to use .25 cc of the pour on for bantams, and .5cc for large fowl. Search Speckledhen's posts for a discussion of this.
