Ivomec pour on and Terra Vet 10??

I need to treat my birds with ivomec pour on 5% for lice but 2 of my hens are coughing so I need to treat them with Terra vet 10 can I do both at once or no?
Ivomec is topical placed in between the shoulder
And Terra vet 10 is added to the water?

You can use both at the same time. FYI, 800 mg of Terra Vet 10 is 1.5 tablespoons.
