'Bird 'n the Fluffy Butts coop in Ohio
Izzy gets a little bit of flack from the rest of the flock. She is the bottom of the pecking order, smallest of the bunch, and is not laying yet. Poor girl. Well, last night she was asking to be picked up as usual - she loves to be held and snuggled. and she climbed right on up to my shoulder. There she stayed the the better part of 2 hours! even while I was doing dishes. She has found her place in life! Never seen a chicken balance themselves and be completely comfortable like this!

Aw! :love My girl Rangi loves to sit on my shoulder, too, although she usually loses her balance if I move too fast and I end up getting flapped in the face.

That is awesome. By the way you and her appear to have the same 'do'!
