One of my TSC Mystery Pullets. Apart from having an extra toe, I would almost think she's an Ayam Cemani

Think I hear the coyotes going nuts outside, but can't tell if it's real or not.

Had to check on Honey the sebright (she wasn't looking too great this morning, but she looked fine when I went down tonight), and half-climbed into the 2021 coop while looking for her. It was no joke probably 10° warmer inside than outside. It felt really nice. Now, ventilation is pretty crap, but at least it's pretty warm

Also the brown tux was the one that was raised by my broody Pheonix this past summer.
Strawberry was the Pheonix mama and I'm pretty sure she hated the little guy despite being his mama. Always kind of had the attitude of "I won't purposely kill him, but if he can't follow me, that sucks". She wouldn't help him get under like the Pheonix chicks and she wouldn't let him eat with them. She knew something about him wasn't right compared to the chicken chicks.

Edit** 100% certain the quail is actually a hen, but I've called it a him from the get go and probably will never actually stop on purpose

The mystery pullet looks a bit like my hen. She was sold as a hybrid but where did she get that dark skin?! (sorry didn't find a better pic )

Her comb gets darker in summer and lighter in winter

This was a batch of chicks labeled just st run. No breeds were even guessed. Normally we get our batches at the feed store from Hoover's, but I'm 99.999% certain that my male I got out of the 4 chicks is an IDEAL Black Broiler.

I think the Ayam Lookalike is a mystic onyx, but the other two hens (the one with a brown necklace and one not pictured that has an extra toe and yellow skin) both don't match anything. The mystic onyx don't have any color on them for females, and the Broilers don't have extra toes)
