I live near 103rd and ricker road. Does any one live near me that has chickens or is trying to get then legal in my area?

Northside. But what matters is what your zoning is. If your agricultural or rural residential, your fine. Plus the property line being 50 ft. away.

In Jacksonville, FL, it is against city statute for us to keep chickens. BUT, there is a petition going around to change that. You can also sign it online.

crashnjax, thanks for signing! There is a paper petition as well which has gotten hundreds of signatures. The online version was set up so that everyone could have access no matter where they are!
