James Potter a happy roo!!!

My only Roo, James Potter crowed for the first time this morning!!

He is the only roo in my flock (which was an error) of 23 chickens, so James is a happy boy!!

I am thrilled that I ended up with a roo. I was awakened by a half hearted crow this morning at 5 am.

It is after all his very first attempt at crowing. He is only 15 weeks old but boy is he a beauty already!!!

He is a white rock and what a sweety. He is the first one to run to me when it is treat time. He loves to sit on my lap for a pet too!!
