I have a 2 day old chick with pullet feathering the other two chicks don't have anything
This sure doesn't work on all chicks, but a few. I have some LF cochins, and the small bantams..no telling by doing this at all. Have to wait for a while. Comb, wattles, tail. I can check the feathers on the sex links, and the leghorns, tell pretty quick. A lot of the EE's too. Ameraucanas.
Here are a few photos of my baby bantam cochins. They are so tiny. Silkie cochin mix actually, and silkies is another one that you can't feather sex. Oh boy, have to wait a while on those.
Check out those feathered feet! They are going to be fluffy butts and legs and feet! There are two black ones that are soo tiny, can't tell by the pictures. They are cute.
