Jan./Feb. 2014 hatch a long

Has anyone bought the pre sale eggs on Ebay, 4 months ahead? Did you receive them? They aren't supposed to sell more than 30 days ahead. I've know a few that tried and never got the eggs or refund.

Last year or the year before there was a lot of talk about someone that collected quite a bit of money and never delivered the eggs.
If memory serves me...you only have 30 days to issue a complaint to ebay.since the time frame for delivery was after that,
they could not help. The seller was removed from posting on ebay.but did not help all the folks that had prepaid and lost their money.......
It truly was a scam.
I only buy from BYC sellers, feel more confident...........

Yes, it's a super thin blood red ring all the way around the middle, up against the shell. Dang, I was afraid that's what a "blood ring" was.

It's sad but better than loosing him on the hatch.

Everyone in bed for the night in their new coop. Only two days of carrying them over one at a time. Even the new guineas went to bed.

I don't know. Haven't had that issue I not getting my bator until later this month. Question my broodys reamaing four eggs are all black and it's day 24. One is very light.

I always put eggs in a ziplock bag and then do an eggtopsy, I want to know what it looks like in there....But that's just me

He is bourbon red. Best pet ever but I can't leave him alone. Yesterday I wewnt to lunch without him. He slept on top of me allllllll night. Chest, hip. legs, shoulder. Alllllll night. I rarely leave him.
