I don't think I want to have more jolts and pinches... I have chronic back trouble...Took a gallon of milk out of the fridge last night while making dinner and threw it out again, I have two herniated discs, and sciatic nerve damage.... Supposed to have the GK this weekend but hubby wants me to call the kids and tell them I'm down with my back again...I just cant, they are due for baby # 3 in a few months and I was really looking forward to having the boys here with us for a few days and give Mom and Dad a break, it always seems like when they need me something has happened and I have had to back out..
And to add insult to injury I cant walk out to the back of the property to see my Chickens, have to allow Hubby and Daughter to care for them, I'll sit in here and worry whether the coop was cleaned out good enough, if they remembered to give them the feed ratio and treats I give and talk to my flock...Will they remember I always give Daddy roo the treats first so he can dole it out to the ladies before spreading it around for all the others?
At least I'm in here with my eggs... Going to candle tonight if I can after everyone gets home from work..

Sorry.I've had my C spine fused in the C 5,6 and 7. Doing great now. Have the sciatic nerve problem, not much they can do for that but give you anti-inflamatory meds for that. Lower back pain here too, but, it's just my Osteo..and Arthritis. Not much they can do for that either. Thank goodness I can still get out to the coop! I try and keep up and about. When my neck was bad before surgery, I didn't do much, so I know what you mean about the herniated disk thing..that was awful! I had to walk around with my arm up over my head to relieve the pain until I got my surgery. Here is a nice photo for you. It worked though! Still a bit of numbness in my left hand..at times, but I'm walking with my arm down~! Ha ha..you can see the gum in my mouth. Hope this doesn't creep anyone out too bad. :/
I now have another blown disc above where the surgery site is, was having pain, had the MRI, it showed where, but I am not going in for more surgery unless I have to..like a lot of pain going on.

7... All 23 eggs are alive and doing great!!! No questionable's this time around!!
So sorry, yet I'm 42 and have metal othorites and lots of other that causes pain. Not fun. Well from 25 eggs got 10 hatch. One was shrink wrapped which I helped. He did not dry up to good so I had to separate cause the others kept picking on it.
