Well I candled my eggs and 9 out of 14 have detached air cells and one was cracked slightly so I tossed it. I didn't want to take a chance on it contaminating any of the others if it was to explode. The good news is that it was fertile so I have high hopes that the others will be too.

Love that Buff closest to your face. I have several in my bator now. They are sweet, and fun. I have a funny series of photos of one of my past BO's that was not playing with the dog, but the dog thought so. I'll see if I can find them.







I love the last photo. I don't have either the hen or the dog any longer. I am pretty sure I'll get another hen from all of these eggs ready to go into lock down next week.

Candled tonight! Out of 10 that I put in the 'bator on Sunday, I can see 9 little heart beats (going very fast!). One looks like it never developed at all And the other 3 I have in there I had put in there on the 14th, but they are looking like they are coming along nicely.
