This is a very good thread................
Taking first things first.......Be sure to run the incubator for a couple of days prior to setting your eggs.
BE sure to have a thermometer and hygrometer................
What kind of incubator will you be using????

I wish I started out with white eggs so I could learn more from candling

brown eggs are not as easy to see through.

The incubating bug has got me for sure just put over 3 more dozen in the bator We are trying to hatch out some of our own this time and also going to try some maran crosses.

Day 7. Candled 35 eggs. Looks like I have a few that may clear but it's so difficult to tell in Marans egg!!! I'll try again in a few days before I toss any of em out.
