Janoel 12 Question

I am looking to purchase the Janoel 12 Egg Incubator. I was wondering if the egg turning was fully automatic (just plug it in and it does it for you) or if you still need to move that bottom bit that I've seen in reviews. Could somebody please answer ASAP. Thanks.

I have no experience with this incubator ,
