I have used one. How many eggs are you planning on incubating, and is this your first attempt at hatching eggs in an incubator?

Yes it is my first attempt using a bought incubator. I tried my homemade one the quail where fully developed but died in the last couple days from hatching. Poor babies.
I will only be incubating about 8-10 quails or 4-5 hen eggs. I have 3 hygrometers and calibrated them.

I just bought and used this one, mainly because it seemed a good value for the money. I can’t compare it to anything else. Mine seemed to do okay.

I have this incubator. I like it, it has always given me good hatch rates. In 3 hatches I have only had one quitter, and 2 malpositioned chicks. All losses were kinda my fault for handling them every day... I highly recommend it though, as long as you are only planning on hatching small batches of eggs.

I would go with a Brinsea Mini or something similar.
You can try the Janoel, but make sure you test run it for at least 3 days with at least 3 different calibrated thermometers, and at least 2 salt tested hydrometers. The built in thermometer is not accurate.

Oh, yeah, Brinseas are pretty pricey. They're top quality though.

You could try the janoel.

You can try the Janoel, but make sure you test run it for at least 3 days with at least 3 different calibrated thermometers, and at least 2 salt tested hydrometers. The built in thermometer is not accurate.
