Locked down the remaining 11 this morning after removing two early quitters on day 10. Humidity holding around 60%. At least three (#13, 6 and 2) are rocking occasionally.

5 of our 7 are out. One of the remaining has pipped. I'm going to move them out of the incubator and I'll get some pics.

6 of the 7 are now out. I moved the fluffy ones to the brooder and am still waiting on 1 more that has pipped internally.

Going on day 5 tonight, pulled 2 clear shipped eggs (I don't count clears). My start count is 20 then. +1 of my hen's set the same day.

Separate hatching date from my shipping eggs, but heated up and moved to the same incubator currently, I have 7 of my hens eggs. going on day 3 today.

I don't currently have any hope for my avatar, or my black frizzle. I did crack one and they are duds.

Ima go with cockerel. They are actually an auto-sexing breed, but heavy hatchery breeding has really watered it down. Some show way better than others. When it dries really well, and “wetness” isn’t a factor the down on the leading edges of his wings will be really light. The females tend to be darker overall and should have a dark spot or 2 on the head. I’m trying to do selective breeding to get it back in all of mine. We’ll see how well it’s going in about another month.
