#6 and 7, 6 is a spitzenhauben, and 7 is an english silver laced orpington.

I didn't know spitzenhaubens could be all black. I was reading they have silver, golden and black spitzenhaubens.

I have 2 of the Crested Cream Legbars that have decided to start hatching out today instead of waiting for tomorrow.

Out of my 7 crested cream legbar eggs, two have hatched and one has pipped. None of my 4 silkie eggs have done anything yet. I can't wait to see them. It's looking like a late hatch though.

You have the same amount of the Crested Cream Legbar eggs to hatch as me! My next hatch won't happen until next month though, and those will be the B/B/S Australorps and some of the Naked Neck-Australorp mixes.

@UThobbyfarmer baby’s eye was still open this morning for the first time although glassy looking. I did another lubricant drop this morning just to stay on top of it but she seemed to have turned a corner!

My last egg #8 is hatching, and the "peep-iest" it is Spitzenhauben. I had to toss my last little russian egg,... the older 6 are fat and sassy, 2 are nappers, I am going to put them in a separate brooder box so the won't get stepped on but with a window. then they can catch up, the friendly way.

I turned up the incubator for the 4 due the 4th.

Elizabeth, might be the eggs got cold during the hatch, so the will not hatch on day 21.
